[Holiday Contest] The Best, the Funniest, and the Geekiest Responses

Thank you to everyone who submitted an answer for our holiday giveaway! We got a staggering 188 responses to the question! 22 people submitted the right answer and showed their work. We took a random drawing from those submissions, and Dagudagr from the EU server was the winner! There were some really funny, interesting, and geeky submissions and we wanted to share them with all of you.

Most Technical

Vraha, from Southeast Asia, had the most technical answer. He included the correct answer as well as this clarifying statement:

“Now, depending on the range of Ringo, he will take either the full damage (634) or only the splash damage (116)”

Quite true! However, we did mention that it critically striked, which implies that it had to be within nine meter range (as the crystal damage portion does not crit).

WRONG ABILITY

Ade0n, from Europe answered:

“All HP! one shot one kill^^”

Oops, I think he was confusing Glimmershot with Kestrel’s Ultimate 🙂

WILDEST TANGENT

Just2Strong4You, from North America, wanted to share his life story with us:

“I FORGOT TENSION BOW! Tension bow affect is used IN Kestrel’s Glimmershot. +180 true dmg, leading to a total of 540 in HUGE numbers with an exclamation point at the end. gg, watch this all be for nothing lmao >.<. Btw there may be a miscalculation for shield value so it may actually be 512. If 512 is this answer and nobody else gets it, give me the credit por favor. Thx for all the vg insight and im totally done with this, my brain hurts.”

Batmang, also from North America, couldn’t quite come up with the right answer. So instead, he left us this:

FUNNIEST

MATR1X, from North America, took the cake with this one.

The answer is “not 124 😉” because “I extrapolated the data from the website, Brokenmyth.net. (MLA citation: “Broken Myth.” Broken Myth. N.p., n.d. Web. 15 Dec. 2015.) On the bottom of the Reindoge giveaway, one mistakenly put the answer on the bottom. And I quote, “p.s. the answer is not 124 ?.” Given this statement, I have come to the conclusion that the answer is, “not 124 ?.” Thank you.”
